Ahead of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 Season 2, Infinity Ward has revealed some of the changes that'll be heading to the battle royale on Feb. 15.
Activision previously announced that the new season's content update would be coming a little later than expected, getting an almost two-week delay and launching on Feb. 15 rather than the expected Feb. 1.
Naturally, fans have been left eager to learn what's to come in the new season. Both Infinity Ward and Raven Software have been giving small insights into just some of the upcoming changes. On Jan. 23, Infinity Ward confirmed that changes were coming to Buy Station prices and to lootable cash.

In a tweet, Infinity Ward said of the upcoming changes, "There's now more lootable cash available in Battle Royale and prices are getting balanced to give you more bang for your buck."
Players had previously felt that loadout prices had been steep, making it a struggle to get the ideal loadout to see them through matches. To add to the difficulty, ground cash has also been hard to find. Thankfully, these new changes should make both elements less of a burden.
These weren't the only changes that Infinity Ward and Raven Software have been teasing. Just a few days ago, the studios confirmed that changes to looting would also be rolled out, with player eliminations and loot containers floating all loot onto the floor.
Infinity Ward and Raven Software revealed that a studio blog detailing more of the upcoming changes, and in greater depth, will be posted sometime this week.
