As the hype for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 reaches new heights, fans want to know when Warzone 2 ends and Urzikstan releases.
The Modern Warfare 3 Beta was primarily a success, and now the community is more eager than ever to explore MW3 in full in just a few weeks. After a disappointing year of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Warzone 2, Modern Warfare 3 promises some much-needed changes in both Multiplayer and Battle Royale, including new map, Urzikstan.
How much longer do fans have to wait for Warzone 2 to end so they can finally play Urzikstan?
When Does Warzone 2 End?
Warzone 2 likely ends on Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2023, when Season 6 concludes. Warzone 2 Season 6 is the final Warzone 2 season in the MW2 era before the Battle Royale gets a major overhaul.
Along with plenty of new Ranked rewards and exclusive Operators, Warzone in Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 is bringing better movement, weapons, and Urzikstan to the Battle Royale.
Warzone Urzikstan Release Date
The Warzone Urzikstan map will be released in December 2023 as Modern Warfare 3 Season 1 goes live. Although Activision gave fans a preview of the map during the Call of Duty: NEXT broadcast in early October, the community must wait two more months to play Urzikstan.
Early gameplay and intel shows the map's heavy influences from both Verdansk and Al Mazrah. With 11 POIs, a new Gulag, and plenty of regain opportunities, the map promises to be worth the hype come release day.
