For a game so reliant on carefully tuning one's weapon to match their personal play style, Warzone makes it a total pain to test loadouts. The only option as of now is to slap together a kit, put on a few attachments that you think might work, and load into a lengthy match hoping to find enough enemies to get a decent round of testing done. That doesn't even factor having to rearrange whole loadouts with the variety or nerfs and buffs pumped into the game constantly.
But those dark times may be over, as a Call of Duty leaker has intimated Warzone 2 will finally add a firing range for players to test their builds.
Prominent Call of Duty leaker TheGhostofHope tweeted Friday a photo they claimed to be a Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 screenshot with what looks to be a firing range. Their tweet read simply, "Modern Warfare II will have a firing range." TheGhostofHope made a follow-up tweet directly afterward, stating, " Can only assume this also will come to Warzone 2."
While this sort of logic does make sense, since Warzone 2 will come after the recently revealed Modern Warfare 2, it doesn't necessarily mean that the firing range will carry over. Still, the possibility is there, and is more than likely to actually get put in, since it's a feature that fans have been asking for since Warzone released.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has yet to receive a release date.
