To unlock the Blood Knight armor set in Shadowlands 9.2.5, Blood Elf Paladins simply need to complete the new Blood Elf questline.
Blood Elves can start a quest to earn a new mount, weapon appearance and the Blood Knight armor set for Blood Elf Paladins by speaking to Liadrin in Oribos. The requirements are Level 60 and Exalted with Silvermoon.
Blood Elf Paladins receive a different quest at the end of the Blood Elf questline. The quest Blood Knight gives them the Blood Knight Dedication set, the plate transmog used by Blood Knight NPCs in Silvermoon.
Blood Elf Paladins learn the set after earning a new ensemble from the new Blood Elf questline.
