The confirmation has come mere months before World Cup Qatar 2022, which will take place from Nov. 21 to Dec. 18. FIFA 23, now available for pre-order, will come out on September 30, giving gamers a few more months to adapt to the new game before the real life World Cup begins. The debut of the World Cup game mode will likely come closer to the real World Cup's start date.
FIFA 23's World Cup mode will also continue EA Sports FIFA's tradition of featuring Women's International play, which began with FIFA 16.
