100 Thieves' Project X is making its Fortnite Creative debut in just a few days.
Project X is the working title of the FPS developed by 100 Thieves. Many of the details surrounding the game are still unknown despite 100 Thieves creators testing out a baseline prototype back in November. Besides a few quick kills, stock characters, and a barren map, the preview still kept the specifics of Project X under wraps.
Now, in a recent update, 100 Thieves CEO, Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag, and Chief Product Officer, Pete Hawley, sat down to reveal their plans to bring an early version of Project X to Fortnite Creative.
When is 100 Thieves' Project X Coming to Fortnite Creative?
100 Thieves' Project X is coming to Fortnite Creative on July 11. Since Project X's true release date is still years away, the team wanted to utilize UEFN to test out their game and receive community feedback in its early stages.
The game will be a 3v3 bank heist broken up into three parts: attack the bank, steal the money, and escape in the helicopter. Nadeshot stated, "Hopefully [the fans] can have as much fun as we have been having in the background on all these playtests."
The game will be free to play and according to Nadeshot, the first of many future possible collaborations with Fortnite Creative.
