After a week-long delay, Valorant Patch 6.02 is here with weapon updates and bug fixes to improve the overall quality of the game.
Patch 6.01 primarily aimed to fix issues with the new map, Lotus, released with Episode 6. Patch 6.02 covers a wider list of issues, ranging from Agent bugs to gameplay system updates. Players will now hopefully experience less ping discrepancies and utility glitches.

Gameplay Systems Updates
- Adjusted max server rewind limit down to 140 ms from 200 ms.
Weapon Updates: Stinger
- Cost increased from 950 to 1100.
- From 0-15m, each bullet will do 27 damage.
- From 15m+, each bullet will do 23 damage.
Social Updates
- Voice Evaluation Beta will take place across North America to improve the impact of comms related behavorial interventions.
Bug Fixes: Agents
- KAY/O's Zero/point (E) should now show the correct enemies it has suppressed.
- Raze's Boom Bot (C) has smoother movement to improve pathfinding.
- The Boom Bot (C) will now bounce off walls and not get stuck in walls.
- Yoru's Fakeout (C) will no longer get stuck in mid-air.
- Cypher's Neural Theft (X) will no longer only reveal one time if he has been killed or the round has changed during previous cast.
- Cypher's Neural Theft (X) reveals will not be interrupted when he is killed.
Bug Fixes: Maps
- Players will no longer make footstep audio when dropping from Lotus B site platform to the fountain.
- Lotus door volume has been lowered again while rotating.
- Players standing next to each other near the rotating door on Lotus should feel smoother.
- On Lotus, players will no longer spawn on the wrong side of barrier near C site if standing on rotating door at round end.
- On Fracture, the "Paul Delmann" badge cannot be stuck on the screen after Buy Phase ends.
Bug Fixes: Weapons
- Fixed an issue where Frenzy and Bulldog reload audio is quieter than other weapons in third person.
Bug Fixes: Social
- If internet is disconnected for 60 seconds or less, players will now be able to reconnect to voice chat without relaunching the game.
