Valorant Chamber Nerfs: Were They Enough?
The Valorant 5.03 patch included changes for Chamber's entire kit. Players can expect to change their loadout because Chamber just got pricier.
Chamber Nerfs for Patch 5.03
- Trademark & Ultimate slow duration decreased from 9.5s to 6s
- The Ultimate point increased from 7 to 8
- Bullet costs increased from 100 to 150
- Rendezvous’ base & recall cooldown increased from 20s to 30s
- 45s Cooldown whenever the anchor is destroyed
- Radius Size decreased from 21m to 15m
These nerfs have definitely toned down Chamber, making him less aggressive than he used to be.
Riot Games shared that they are confident that Chamber's nerfs will balance him enough, without running him into the ground. The changes make him less agile and his economy took a hit. His Ult point change will also hold him back from using it as often/
