A new rumor claims that Rebirth Island will be added to Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile.
The rumor comes via @just4leaks2 on Twitter, who claims that Warzone Mobile will be getting some significant content. According to the post, Warzone Mobile players will see more regions added, alongside Rebirth Island and a content update for the TDM experience.
Call of Duty: Warzone Mobile will bring players back to Verdansk, optimized for mobile. Like the original, the game will be free-to-play and also feature cross-progression with Modern Warfare II and Warzone 2.0.
Warzone Mobile Rebirth Island Apparently Leaked
If the rumors of Rebirth Island coming to Warzone Mobile are true, it would put the upcoming hand-held title ahead of what became the original Warzone. Now called Warzone Caldera, Warzone 1 is now a game mode in Modern Warfare 2019 and only features the game's polarizing Caldera map.
With both Verdansk and Rebirth Island being such fan-favorites, the launch of Warzone Mobile could see plenty of players flock to their mobile devices for a CoD fix.
Warzone Mobile is currently only available as a Limited Release in Australia. With the title still a work-in-progress, many are hoping to see the game get its global release later this year.
