There's not much time left to complete Pokémon GO's Exploration Challenge! As a part of the Safari Zone event at Goyang, South Korea, there is free limited-time research available to all players for free. The event started on Saturday, Sept. 24 at 8 a.m. local time and ends on Sunday, Sept. 25 at 8 p.m. local time.
This Exploration Challenge is centered around the perfume Pokémon, Spritzee. This generation-six Pokémon can be proven useful in battle. Though it does not have the highest CP, having a max CP of 536, its fairy typing makes it strong against powerful dragon, fighting, and dark Pokémon, rendering it only weak to steel and poison types. In order to evolve Spritzee into its final form, Aromatisse, trainers must use 50 Spritzee Candy. However, trainers are able to skip this by activating an incense after making Spritzee their buddy Pokémon.
Pokémon GO Exploration Challenge
To access the Safari Zone: Goyang Timed Research challenges, go to the Today View category that is found on the Event page of the app.
The rewards for completing all of the following challenges are 1,000 Stardust, 1,000 XP, and a bonus encounter with Spritzee. However, after completing each task, players will receive an encounter with Spritzee. As a note, every additional encounter with Spritzee, increases the likelihood a shiny will appear.
