NieR:Automata is heading to the Nintendo Switch on Oct. 6, 2022.
NieR:Automata: The End of YoRHa Edition brings Square Enix's action RPG to the Nintendo Switch for the first time. This new edition features the same base game, its DLC, and some brand new cosmetic items exclusive to the Nintendo Switch edition.
The End of YoRHa Edition was announced as part of yesterday's Nintendo Direct mini: Partner Showcase.
NieR:Automata: The End of YoRHa Edition Launches October 6
Developed by PlatinumGames, NieR:Automata focuses on the story of two androids, 2B and 9S, who seek to reclaim Earth from machine lifeforms. The game features fast-paced third-person combat coupled with imaginative sequences. The End of YoRHa Edition brings all of that and more with the game's 3C3C1D119440927 DLC, which features new colosseums, boss battles, and more.
Once the game launches, players will be able to download the additional free 6C2P4A118680823 DLC, containing six costumes, four accessories, and two pod skins based on characters from NieR Re[in]carnation.
Players will be able to purchase NieR:Automata The End of YoRHa Edition in physical and digital variants for Nintendo Switch. The game launches on Oct. 6, 2022, with pre-orders now live via the Square Enix website.
