Looking to get your Alien fix in Fortnite? You might be wondering if the Xenomorph is back in the Item Shop.
As far as movie monsters go there are few more iconic than Alien's Xenomorph. This terrifying creator has stalked the spaces of science fiction for decades, serving as a primary antagonist in the Alien franchise. Iconic hero Ellen Ripley received her own Fortnite Outfit previously, showcasing two styles: her 1979 Alien appearance and her 1986 Aliens look.
Still stalking Ripley even in the world of Fortnite, the Xenomorph was also given its own skin. And as bizarre as it is to see the creature running around carrying an Assault Rifle, the Outfit certainly maintains an expected level of terror. So, is it coming back to Fortnite?
Is the Xenomorph Back in Fortnite?
Yes, at the time of writing, both the Xenomorph and Ellen Ripley are back in the Item Shop for a limited time.
Part of the "In Space..." set, the Xenomorph Outfit can be purchased for 1,600 V-Bucks. The Outfit comes with a built-in "Xeno Menace" Emote and "Xenomorph Tail" Back Bling. The Outfit can also be purchased as part of the "Ripley & Xenomorph" Bundle, which contains the full Xenomorph kit as well as the Ellen Ripley Outfit, "Weyland-Yutani Cat Carrier" Back Bling, and the "Xenoslurp" Loading Screen. The full bundle can be purchased for 2,200 V-Bucks.
As players know by now, the Fortnite Item Shop refreshes fairly frequently. While the shop hasn't indicated how long the Xenomorph Outfit will be sticking around, if you don't want to miss out you'll want to grab this sooner rather than later.
