The ISO 45 SMG is a new weapon players can unlock for free in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4.
Warzone Season 4 is finally responding to community feedback and giving fans features they want to see in the Battle Royale. Vondel, a new map set in the Netherlands, is coming to DMZ and Resurgence at launch to provide players with another option besides Ashika Island.
The update is also removing AIs from Strongholds and increasing player health to combat the fast TTK in Call of Duty. Now, players will have to deal more damage to collect eliminations, and the ISO 45 SMG might be the best new weapon to test against the changes.

Players can unlock the ISO 45 SMG in Sector D19 of the Battle Pass. Although the weapon can be unlocked for free, those who purchase the BlackCell Battle Pass can use their 20 tier skips and obtain the weapon much faster.
The ISO 45 SMG is similar to the old ISO from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare (2019). The lightweight weapon contains a high fire rate, and with the right attachments, high mobility. Its strong stopping power will also result in decent recoil for players to control.
At this point, it is hard to envision another SMG overtaking the Lachmann Sub. Even after multiple nerfs, the Lachmann Sub is still the best SMG to run on Al Mazrah or Ashika Island. The ISO 45 could be a decent option for off-spawn fights as Season 4 unfolds.
