Confused on how to get fiber in Core Keeper? We've got you covered.
Core Keeper is an online co-op mining sandbox game from Pugstorm and Fireshine Games. Individuals will find themselves building up a base, fighting dangerous monsters, farming resources, and crafting items in order to survive underground.
Here's everything you need to know about acquiring fiber.
How to Get Fiber in Core Keeper
Fiber is one of the most important resources in the game as you can craft armor, bags, and other items with it. It's also one of the resources that you will get early on as a reward, but fiber is a rare item that you will need more of. Luckily, there are several ways to obtain it.
The first way to obtain fiber is by exploring the Clay Caves. There, you will run into small worms that will charge at you from a distance. These enemies can vary in sizes and some of them will deal more damage to you. Near the bigger worms, you'll find pulsating Worm Eggs. Destroying these eggs that spawn larva will reward you fiber or slaying the worms themselves will also drop fiber.
The other way to acquire fiber is by farming them. In order to do this, you'll need to plant Grub Kapok seeds. These seeds are typically found in the Clay Caves area, so you will need to go and find that area if you want to get fiber at all. Ultimately, one full-grown seed will yield you one fiber.
