The Chasm was a new area added to Genshin Impact in Version 2.6. A part of Liyue, The Chasm introduced tons of new content and lore that let players know more about the mysterious area, as well as some of the history of Liyue. It also introduced dozens of new quests that players can complete. One of these is The Missing Miner quest, and here's how to complete it.
Genshin Impact The Missing Miner Quest
To start the quest, players first have to enter the large, hollow tree located in the Underground Waterway in The Chasm. In the tree sits a Work Handbook, which players have to interact with to activate the quest. It's important to note that this quest only becomes available once players complete The Chasm Delvers quest chain.
The Missing Miner is one of the more simple quests available in The Chasm. Players can complete it in just four steps:
- Find the Work Handbook.
- Go to the area marked on the map and collect the Starshrooms to obtain Mushroom Meat.
- Fight the Floating Hydro Fungi that appear. Players should use a Pyro or Cryo character to finish the fight quickly.
- After defeating the enemies, return to the camp in the area and speak to Junyi to complete the quest.
After completing the quest, players will be rewarded with 250 Adventure EXP, 30 Primogems, 30,000 Mora, and 3 Hero's Wit. Since the quest is so short and simple, it's definitely worth completing for easy rewards.
