FIFA 23 news has already begun to leak, including changes to the chemistry system, the end of team licenses and more. However, according to GamesIndustry, we will be getting the first reveal of FIFA 23 on Thursday, June 9.
GI announced that as part of Electronic Arts' June 9 digital showcase, EA will apparently reveal news for the upcoming FIFA 23 title, which will be the last under the FIFA license. The news comes much earlier than expected, but there's already plenty to look forward to from the reveal. It's unknown if the reveal will only be a presentation panel with developers, or perhaps a trailer, however, it may be too early for gameplay.
Most likely, EA will confirm the news of cross-play coming to FIFA 23, which they experimented with in FIFA 22 in select modes. Changes to the format of Ultimate Team, Pro Clubs, and Volta may also be revealed, which may revive the latter two game modes that haven't received much attention in FIFA 22.
The focus will likely be on Ultimate Team, but with this title being the last between EA and FIFA, we may see some big changes and reveals. The digital showcase will likely be featured on EA's Twitch Channel, however, once they reveal how to watch the showcase, we will share it with you here.
