EA Sports releases multiple guaranteed TOTS packs via SBCs during the FIFA Ultimate Team promotion. FIFA 23 fans can expect the minor squad to receive an SBC pack on Tuesdays, followed by a Major squad SBC pack on either Wednesday or Thursday. As the promotion goes on, squad requirements will increase. Most players know that completing the minor SBC will give them a TOTS fodder card to use in the other SBC to bring the price down.

Of the Eredivisie TOTS players, Xavi Simons, Steven Bergwijn and Mohammed Kudus are the best to pull. Of those three, Xavi Simons is likely the only player most will not go on to recycle in the Community TOTS Upgrade once that is released later this week. Keep in mind though, that if you are light on fodder, hold until the Community TOTS SBC is released considering that player pool includes multiple top tier items.
Expect future Minor league squads to receive TOTS Upgrade SBCs on Tuesdays for the duration of FIFA 23 Team of the Season.
