Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Beta Weekend 1 is upon us exclusively on PlayStation platforms. The reveal at Call of Duty NEXT was filled with praise from content creators in attendance from the remastered maps, weapons, movement and more.
Now, it's time for the public to finally get their hands on the next Call of Duty multiplayer experience. The first beta weekend is exclusive to PlayStation 4 and 5 owners with an early access period for those who preordered and a full open period. Next weekend will follow the same format with Xbox and PC players able to get in on the fun.
We now know the maps and modes that'll be available on Weekend 1.
Modern Warfare 3 Beta Weekend 1 Maps
Here's the full list of maps available during the first weekend of the MW3 multiplayer beta:
- Favela
- Estate
- Skidrow
- Rust (Oct. 8)
- Popov Power (Ground War map)
Modern Warfare 3 Beta Weekend 1 Modes
Here's the full list of modes available to players:
- Team Deathmatch
- Kill Confirmed
- Domination
- Hardpoint
- Ground War
Hardpoint will likely be the go-to mode for lots of players, especially on the competitive side. With MW2 remastered maps making up the 6-vs-6 pool at launch, competitive fans will want to know the Hardpoint rotations on available maps to see if they have any chance of making the Call of Duty League rotation later on.
As well, the level cap will be set at 20.
