Each month throughout FIFA 22, EA Sports has released a monthly pack for Amazon Prime users through Prime Gaming. The pack typically features a high-rated loan card, untradeable players, and player picks, which are especially useful for promos like the TOTS.
However, for May, the Prime Gaming pack wasn't released, frustrating many FIFA 22 players. Now, we are in June and what was supposed to be the eighth Prime Gaming pack has yet to be released for last month. This especially stings considering that we are approaching the end of TOTS in mid-June, and no Prime Gaming pack means one less chance for some players to get a TOTS who look forward to the monthly subscription reward.
According to the EA Sports FIFA 22 Prime Gaming page, the May Prime Gaming pack is still "Available Soon," however, we have just hit June, so it will be interesting to see if this means that we will receive two Prime Gaming packs this month, or if May will just be forgotten by EA.
Either way, only a change in the rewards from the Prime Gaming pack may put the frustration from players over this new mistake at bay. FIFA 22 pros such as Bateson87 have also questioned what will happen with these packs, and many players have voiced their frustrations.
Rumors have swirled that the eighth Prime Gaming pack will release as soon as today, but EA has yet to confirm this. We'll have to wait for them or FIFA Direct Communications to confirm what will happen with this pack release and if the schedule for future Prime Gaming packs will change as well.
