Dead by Daylight has multiple HUDs including a status effect hub at the top of the screen. The first thing to understand is the difference between yellow and red status effects. Red means something negative is happening to your character and yellow means something good.

Dead by Daylight Yellow Status Effects

Undetectable (K)

The Undetectable Status Effect is a buff exclusively applied to the Killer.
Killers benefitting from Undetectable are granted several Stealth mechanics:

Suppresses the Terror Radius
Suppresses the Red Stain
Blocks their Aura

Blessed

Endurance

Survivors benefitting from Endurance can resist damage from the Killer. Players who activate endurance and take a hit will have the broken status effect.

Survivors suffering from Broken are unable to be healed or heal themselves past the Injured State.

Players movement speed has been slowed.

Survivors take 25% longer to heal while Mangled.
