Pulling diamonds is one of the greatest feelings in all of MLB The Show 22. It sometimes feels impossible with regular Show Packs and sometimes even with Ballin' is a Habit Packs.
Despite pack odds showing 1:10 or 1:20, it feels like you can go 50 packs without pulling a diamond. But that feeling when you see the diamond logo pop up and then seeing one of the game's best players appear is unbeatable.
Well, a new pack to the show has dropped this year, the Ballin' Out of Control Pack. It has increased the odds of better cards for an increased price. Let's take a look at what these packs have in store.
Ballin' Out of Control MLB The Show 22 Packs Explained
This is the first year that MLB The Show has offered the Ballin' out of Control Pack. In years past, the non-choice packs were only The Show Packs, Ballin' is a Habit Packs and Headliner Packs.
The typical Show Packs have pack odds of 1:50 to pull a diamond. The Ballin' is a Habit Packs have pack odds of 1:10 to pull a diamond. Compared to the other two the Ballin' out of Control Packs offer 1:3 odds to pull a diamond.
Right now, only there are four Ballin' Out of Control Packs available to earn in the All-Stars of the Franchise Program. The first one is available at 350,000 Program XP. The next pack is available at 850,000 Program XP. The third pack is available 75,000 Program XP from the second pack and the fourth pack is another 75,000 from the third.
Previously, the Ballin' Out of Control Packs have been seen in Flash Sales, but never in the shop normally. It seems these packs are going to be rare and not offered too often.
