3 Best Carry Units in TFT Set 7: Dragonlands

With the release of the new Dragonlands set in TFT, players have been wondering about the new best carry units to play. While dominant units are ever-changing as a result of continual balance patches, these three units have started Set 7 off with a bang.

Xayah

Xayah has burst onto the scene in Set 7 with insane damage and attack speed that shreds through the entire enemy team. On top of her insane base stats, her ability allows her to target multiple backline units that would usually be safe from a glass cannon like Xayah. Combine all of those benefits with her being able to capitalize on the Ragewing trait that gives her even more attack speed and she's always a unit to look out for.

The Three Best Carry Units in TFT Set 7: Dragonlands

Ryze

The Rune Mage starts each round fairly weak, but his damage output grows exponentially. This is a result of his ability to launch more projectiles every time he casts, and those projectiles deal more damage every cast. A result is a unit that you want to ensure casts as often as possible, generally by running the Mage trait and giving him a Spear of Shojin. Throw him in the backline and watch the damage pour out.

Yasuo

The only five-cost unit on this list, Yasuo is simply dominant. Regardless of what item build you throw on him, Yasuo enhances just about any comp with his high damage output and durability. His three traits allow him to fit perfectly into a high number of top-tier comps such as Olaf Reroll and Lee-Sin Reroll. And if you don't want to run him with any of those comps, simply throw in Six Dragonmancers and watch Yasuo tear up the board.
